Monday Minis: Mini sessions (either studio or outdoor in Hopewell) are available on Mondays for a special price of $95 which includes 3 digital files on CD selected from a gallery of up to 10 artistically processed images. The full CD can be purchased for $300.
Spring Babies: Full sessions for babies between 6 and 12 months old will be discounted by 20% and prints/digital images will be discounted by 10%.
Be on the lookout for a multiple child special in Q3. 
Winter makes me long for spring, and spring makes me think of babies and thinking of babies makes me well, want a baby! But that’s not in the cards for us this year, so in order to work baby fever out of my system I want to get my hands on some gorgeous newborns. To help speed this process along, I’d excited to offer some special pricing on in-home newborn sessions booked for February and March. Yay!
Newborn sessions should take place within first 10 days of the baby’s life in order to get the most womb-like cuteness and sleepy deliciousness. If you are expecting a baby in February or March and would like to book a session, you will get 25% off my normal newborn package pricing – email me for more information. There is no limit to this offer, I’ll take as many newborns as I can get in February and March. And I have some great new props and backdrops to try out too. It’s a win-win!

I’m inspired to do some lifestyle sessions and would like to propose special pricing on the first 3 lifestyle sessions booked in 2012. An unscripted session will take place in your home for approximately 1.5 hours and will largely involve me photographing you and your family doing your thing…breakfast, playing, coloring, cooking…I will document your real life moments. Special pricing is $125 for the session which will include 3 digital images on CD and 15% off all prints/additional digital images. It’s non-traditional but so beautiful. Think about it and let me know. xx

My town is full of the loveliest people and this family is no exception. In fact, I’m starting to think families with three children have some sort of magic power (note to self/hubs: maybe another child would be ok!). These three were so well-behaved, cooperative, creative (oldest son was locating amazing spots for unique photos), sweet and helpful. They also seemed to genuinely like and respect one another which was so beautiful to see. I’m sure not every moment is picture perfect, but on this day every moment was. Hope you love the photos!
The October mini sessions were perfect. We had a simply gorgeous day and some of the most well-behaved, cooperative and beautifully dressed children ever. There were many highlights and it was lots of fun, but my happiest moment was capturing a smile and eye contact from each of three siblings at the same time (score!!!). Magic. Below you can see some of the models I met that day…such amazing children. Oh, and parents: it did not go unnoticed that a number of you were willing to sacrifice your dignity for the sake of a smile. You were all pretty awesome too. Thanks.

I’m proud to be thinking ahead for this holiday season. Even if I end up procrastinating on my own gift-buying (sorry, Hubs) I hope offering two early dates for holiday photos will help others stay on track! These special holiday sessions will be 30 minutes in duration and include 2 artistically processed digital files (from up to 10 images) – you will be given access to an private online gallery to make your file selections and order any additional prints. The cost is $95.

I have a fun event planned – a day of Simple Sessions where you benefit by spreading the word!
Here are the deets: sessions will be held at Purple Circle Studios in Hopewell and will be 15 – 20 minutes in duration, yielding 7 unique photos. You will receive the full color and black and white artistically processed digital negatives on CD with printing rights. The blue sky backdrop shown below will be used for all Simple Sessions. I have a variety of chairs and little props depending on the ages of the models you bring. (sorry, no live bunnies!)
Oh and let me explain what I mean by “rough” studio…my detached garage studio is unfinished, a work in progress…but you will never know that when you see the photos – all you will see is the lovely wood(look) floor, the fresh and clean backdrop and your gorgeous child(ren).

Autumn is my absolute favorite season. At the risk of alienating friends and clients (you know I love you) I’ll admit I’ve never been a huge fan of summer, although it’s grown on me a bit these last couple years. But give me a crisp fall day and I feel peace in my mind and soul. I won’t belabor the point and wax poetic about all the wonderful things that autumn brings…I don’t want anyone’s eyes to actually roll back into their heads. I’ll leave it at this: Fall, I love you and I’m celebrating your long-awaited return with a special. Enjoy the cooler days, everyone!
