Owen was amazing at 3 months – all eyes and sweetness, I immediately loved his gorgeous face. And he did not disappoint at one: still handsome, still appraising with those stunning eyes, and now also asserting himself with a sweet voice, agile (and quick) movements and a great personality. As always, I enjoyed catching up with his mom – lovely and gracious despite the fact that she drove quite a distance for our session (and on a poor night’s sleep because someone still wakes EVERY TWO HOURS at night)! So Owen, while I love you and I could photograph you all day long…give your mom a break, ok? Hope you love the photos. And I hope next time I see you everyone is getting a solid 8 hours every night. :)

This angel is quick one and she wanted to explore (versus model, sadly for me)…curious, clever and so fast, this sweetie kept me on my feet, on the floor and all over the place! She wasn’t too keen on smiling for me this time, but I think I’m wearing her down. Next time I’ll get one from her, and maybe a seated photo too! Hope you love the photos. :)

Remember this family? I first met them when I did a maternity session while mom was pregnant with gorgeous son Bryce. I loved working with creative and beautiful mom, fun, relaxed dad and sweet, conscientious big brother Dean (who is also gorgeous) – and this session reminded me how great this family is. The boys were so cute and cooperative – I couldn’t get enough of them. And I love parents who are natural and unconcerned in front of the camera. Everything just came together and we captured some beautiful memories. I can’t wait until next time! Hope you love the photos. xoxo

What a lucky child Angelina is. She’s gorgeous and sweet, well-behaved (and well-dressed) and she has a lovely, dedicated and hard-working beautiful mommy whose deep love for her baby girl was so abundantly evident that it was itself a thing of beauty. Estella was precious. Gorgeous, sweet, happy, deliciously perfect. She had amazing blue eyes and a sparkling personality to match. I could take per picture every day and never get tired. Come back soon, I don’t want to miss anything! Hope you love the photos.

Another great family, and this time I got to meet the [grand]parents! I felt so fortunate that they chose to share one of their last days all together with me for photos and I was thrilled to capture this special visit celebrating the birth and first few months of this gorgeous baby boy’s life. Mom and Dad were lovely, so peaceful and gentle – I can’t imagine this little boy being better loved. There was an air of warmth around him much like a halo. :) And look at those eyes!! A few weekends ago, I was thrilled to see a lovely friend from high school, meet her laid back husband and photograph their gorgeous baby son. Mom looked stunning, Dad was friendly and easy-going and immediately I was impressed by the ease with which these two operated…they were completely fluid as a couple and as parents. About halfway through the session it suddenly struck me why this fact stood out: they are not a couple married for 40 years who have raised scores of children and have seen it all – they are fairly newly married and first time parents! Yet I saw no hesitation, no nervousness or uncertainty with the baby or with each other – only calm understanding and love. Beautiful! Thank you for coming out and sharing this precious time with me. Sebastian is a sweet, handsome boy and with such amazing parents I know he’ll be a truly special person. Hope you love the photos. xx
